ORDERING, USE OR PARTICIPATION OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY 60 Second Approval, IT’S AFFILIATES AND AGENTS, INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SPECIAL NOTICE BUY USING THIS SITE AND IT'S SERVICES YOU ACCEPT WITHIN ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AS SPECIFICALLY FOLLOWS:

60 SECOND APPROVAL IS NOT A a lender, real estate agency, investment company, mortgage banker or broker. We do not make or originate loans, we do not buy homes or properties, we do not promote specific investments. We do not guaranty any loan, home purchase, investment or performance of may registered person, agent or company, buyer, seller, registered investor, or investment venture, or any and all third party. 60 Second approval does not warrant or guaranty performance by any parting using its services.

60 SECOND APPROVAL IS a service company only. A service is provided matching or pairing 2 or more parties together. Further 60 Second Approval is only a listing service for individuals and companies.

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for any service with 60 Second approval.

Introduction. This agreement ("Agreement") between You and 60 Second Approval Inc. ("60 Second Approval") consists of these 60 Second Approval Services (the "Services") Use & Ordering Standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). A description of the Services, as generally offered by 60 Second Approval, is available at the Services URL, located at https://www.60 Second Approval.com, or such other URL as 60 Second Approval may provide from time to time. "You" or "Publisher" means any entity identified in an enrollment form submitted by the same or affiliated persons, and/or any agency or network acting on its (or their) behalf, which shall also be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

USE OF SERVICES

The Services may contain auction, e-mail services, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, photo albums, file cabinets and/or other message or 60 Second Approval facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others (each a "60 Second Approval Service" and collectively "60 Second Approval Services"). You agree to use the 60 Second Approval Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular 60 Second Approval Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the 60 Second Approval Services, you will not:

•	Use the 60 Second Approval Services in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
•	Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
•	Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
•	Upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent to do the same.
•	Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
•	Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another.
•	Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that are illegal by federal or state statute.
•	Download any file posted by another user of a 60 Second Approval Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or distributed in such manner.
•	Falsify or delete any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
•	Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the 60 Second Approval Services.
•	Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular 60 Second Approval Service.
•	Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses.
•	Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
•	Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
•	Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.

60 Second Approval has no obligation to monitor the 60 Second Approval Services. However, 60 Second Approval reserves the right to review materials posted to the 60 Second Approval Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. 60 Second Approval reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the 60 Second Approval Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

60 Second Approval reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as 60 Second Approval deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in 60 Second Approval's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children in any 60 Second Approval Services. 60 Second Approval does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any 60 Second Approval Services and, therefore, 60 Second Approval specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the 60 Second Approval Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any 60 Second Approval Services. Managers and hosts are not authorized 60 Second Approval spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of 60 Second Approval.

Materials uploaded to the 60 Second Approval Services may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination; you are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

60 Second Approval GENERAL POSTING

You agree not to: post content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on the Sites;
violate any laws, third party rights, or our policies such as the Prohibited and Restricted Items policies; use the Sites if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our Sites; fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you, unless the seller has materially changed the item's description after you bid, a clear typographical error is made, or you cannot authenticate the seller's identity; fail to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity; manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other user's listings; circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to 60 Second Approval; post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information); take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information off of the Sites or for using it for purposes unrelated to 60 Second Approval); transfer your 60 Second Approval account (including feedback) and User ID to another party without our consent;distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm 60 Second Approval, or the interests or property of 60 Second Approval users; copy, modify, or distribute content from the Sites and 60 Second Approval copyrights and trademarks; or harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

CONTENT

You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are
entirely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the Service. You understand that 60 Second Approval does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore, the 60 Second Approval site and Content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of 60 Second Approval. 60 Second Approval makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other web sites is at your own risk. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will 60 Second Approval be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service. You acknowledge that 60 Second Approval does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that 60 Second Approval shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to
refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for
violating the letter or spirit of the 60 Second Approval TOA or for any other reason.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO 60 Second Approval OR POSTED AT ANY 60 Second Approval WEB SITE.

60 Second Approval does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to 60 Second Approval (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Services or its associated services for review by the general public, or by the members of any public or private community, (each a "Submission" and collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting ("Posting") your Submission you are granting 60 Second Approval, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses (including, without limitation, all 60 Second Approval Services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; to publish your name in connection with your Submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. 60 Second Approval is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and 60 Second Approval may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.

By Posting a Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in these Terms of Use including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

In addition to the warranty and representation set forth above, by Posting a Submission that contain images, photographs, pictures or that are otherwise graphical in whole or in part ("Images"), you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use such Images or any content and/or images contained in such Images consistent with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms of Use and the Services, (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms of Use, and (c) that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these Terms of Use, including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display and reproduction of such Images. By Posting Images, you are granting (a) to all members of your private community (for each such Images available to members of such private community), and/or (b) to the general public (for each such Images available anywhere on the Services, other than a private community), permission to use your Images in connection with the use, as permitted by these Terms of Use, of any of the Services, (including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, making prints and gift items which include such Images), and including, without limitation, a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Images without having your name attached to such Images, and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services. The licenses granted in the preceding sentences for a Images will terminate at the time you completely remove such Images from the Services, provided that, such termination shall not affect any licenses granted in connection with such Images prior to the time you completely remove such Images. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Images.

Content License
When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. (We need these rights to host and display your content.)

Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

NOTICES AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES.

THE LINKS IN THIS AREA WILL LET YOU LEAVE 60 Second Approval's SITE. THE LINKED SITES ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF 60 Second Approval AND 60 Second Approval IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF ANY LINKED SITE OR ANY LINK CONTAINED IN A LINKED SITE, OR ANY CHANGES OR UPDATES TO SUCH SITES. 60 Second Approval IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEBCASTING OR ANY OTHER FORM OF TRANSMISSION RECEIVED FROM ANY LINKED SITE. 60 Second Approval IS PROVIDING THESE LINKS TO YOU ONLY AS A CONVENIENCE, AND THE INCLUSION OF ANY LINK DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT BY 60 Second Approval OF THE SITE.

UNSOLICITED IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY.

60 Second Approval OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES DO NOT ACCEPT OR CONSIDER UNSOLICITED IDEAS, INCLUDING IDEAS FOR NEW ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS, NEW PROMOTIONS, NEW PRODUCTS OR TECHNOLOGIES, PROCESSES, MATERIALS, MARKETING PLANS OR NEW PRODUCT NAMES. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL CREATIVE ARTWORK, SAMPLES, DEMOS, OR OTHER WORKS. THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY IS TO AVOID POTENTIAL MISUNDERSTANDINGS OR DISPUTES WHEN 60 Second Approval's PRODUCTS OR MARKETING STRATEGIES MIGHT SEEM SIMILAR TO IDEAS SUBMITTED TO 60 Second Approval. SO, PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR UNSOLICITED IDEAS TO 60 Second Approval OR ANYONE AT 60 Second Approval. IF, DESPITE OUR REQUEST THAT YOU NOT SEND US YOUR IDEAS AND MATERIALS, YOU STILL SEND THEM, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT 60 Second Approval MAKES NO ASSURANCES THAT YOUR IDEAS AND MATERIALS WILL BE TREATED AS CONFIDENTIAL OR PROPRIETARY.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. You can find the most recent version of the 60 Second Approval TOA.

AVAILABILITY

All services are subject to availability and to the terms and conditions as listed on this website. Services, terms and availability may change at any time without notice. All services are based upon their availability the day that they are ordered.

TERMINATION & ACCESS

TERMINATION OF USE & SERVICE

You agree that 60 Second Approval, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any
Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if 60 Second Approval believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOA. Further, you agree that 60 Second Approval shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Service after said termination.

ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

60 Second Approval grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Service for your own personal use. This license does not include:(a) access to the Service by Posting Agents; or (b) any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Service nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by 60 Second Approval. A limited exception to (b) is provided to general purpose internet search engines and non-commercial public archives that use such tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the Service, provided they each do so from a stable IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent and comply with our robots.txt file. General purpose internet search engine" does not include a website or search engine or other service that specializes in classified listings or in any subset of classifieds listings such as jobs, housing, for sale, services, or personals, or which is in the business of providing Auction listing services.

60 Second Approval permits you to display on your website, or create a hyperlink on your website to, individual postings on the Service so long as such use is for noncommercial and/or news reporting purposes only (e.g., for use in personal web blogs or personal online media). If the total number of such
postings displayed or linked to on your website exceeds one hundred (100) postings, your use will be presumed to be in violation of the TOA, absent express permission granted by 60 Second Approval to do so. You may also create a hyperlink to the home page of 60 Second Approval sites so long as the link does not portray 60 Second Approval, its employees, or its affiliates in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.

60 Second Approval offers various parts of the Service in RSS format so that users can embed individual feeds into a personal website or blog, or view postings through third party software news aggregators. 60 Second Approval permits you to display, excerpt from, and link to the RSS feeds on your personal website
or personal web blog, provided that (a) your use of the RSS feed is for personal, non-commercial purposes only, (b) each title is correctly linked back to the original post on the Service and redirects the user to the post when the user clicks on it, (c) you provide, adjacent to the RSS feed, proper attribution to '60 Second Approval' as the source, (d) your use or display does not suggest that 60 Second Approval promotes or endorses any third party causes, ideas, web sites, products or services, (e) you do not
redistribute the RSS feed, and (f) your use does not overburden 60 Second Approval's systems. 60 Second Approval reserves all rights in the content of the RSS feeds and may terminate any RSS feed at any time.

Use of the Service beyond the scope of authorized access granted to you by 60 Second Approval immediately terminates said permission or license. In order to collect, aggregate, copy, duplicate, display or make derivative use of the the Service or any Content made available via the Service for other
purposes (including commercial purposes) not stated herein, you must first obtain a license from 60 Second Approval.
