You state how much down you require, where your properties are located or where you operate at. Basically what you require.

Our automated system then matches buyers up to your requirements and you have instant buyers who are pre-qualified to buy your property or use your program.  We even issue pre-approval certificates that the buyer will give to you that has all their matching pre-approved information available to you.

Quick Sale Service:  Register as a single seller and check "Quick Sale" on the enter property form. That's it, no extra change.
